Consent Agenda:
1. Vote on the Second Reading of an ordinance to consider proposed amendments to Chapter 90, Article VI, Section 90-180 of the Municipal Code to amend the language related to Planned Unit Developments.
2. Vote on the second reading of an ordinance to consider proposed amendment to City of Rincon Ordinances, specifically creation of 38-5 Penalties for False Alarms.
3. Second reading of ordinance 2-205 " Competitive Bidding Required" that increases threshold for bid requirement to $100,000.
4. Vote on the Second Reading of an ordinance to consider proposed amendments to Chapter 90, Article VI, Section 90-180 of the Municipal Code to amend the language related to Planned Unit Developments.
5. Savannah River Utilities request approval of pay request #1 in the amount of $112,140.00 for the 9th Street Sidewalk Extension Project.
6. Savannah River Utilities request approval of pay request #1 in the amount of $92,250.00 for the State Route Highway 21 Sidewalk Project.
7. Request approval to surplus a 2005 F-650.
8. Pinholster Construction request approval of Pay Request #2 in the amount of $148,166.00 for the Fort Howard Road Sidewalk Extension Project.
